Always make sure that your trailing edge lines are on the outside of the leading edge lines when you attach them and also make sure they are not crossed over. You are now ready to go.
Have a friend hold your kite while you unhook your lines from the orange rubber head and then walk back allowing the lines to unravel off the spool until the sheating system falls out of the shaft slit or give it a nudge and place some tension in your lines to get the Turbolauncher to unhook and fall away from your bar and lines.
If you are on a boat, place your kite leading edge down on the water and allow the wind to blow your kite downwind assisting the lines to unravel from the Turbolauncher until you have tension and the Turbolauncher can be removed from the lines and sheeting system and bar.
You can then launch your kite with your 5th line or whatever other method your kite uses to relaunch.
